Fu Chun Ju is a contemporary Chinese restaurant rooted in the traditions of Cantonese cuisine, offering a refined expression of China’s diverse flavours. With nearly three decades of experience, Executive Chinese Chef Yeung Wai Kit builds on the precision, balance and respect for ingredients that define Cantonese cooking, drawing inspiration from seasonal ingredients and regional flavours across China.

The menu evolves with the seasons, remaining rooted in Cantonese culinary techniques while embracing the diversity of Chinese regional flavours. From classic Cantonese soups and seasonal seafood to the chef's contemporary creations, each dish reflects a balance between tradition and creativity. Bespoke menus are available, tailored to seasonal ingredients, guest preferences and the occasion.

Located on the third floor of The PuXuan Hotel and Spa, Fu Chun Ju reinterprets the spatial character of Beijing's traditional courtyard homes through a contemporary design language. The restaurant features five private dining rooms named after renowned modern Chinese artists, together with indoor and terrace seating for a variety of dining occasions.
